we set here getting ready to have our lights shut off because we can not pay them.i am disabled husband is self employed and has not had work since week before christmas.we get a big $6.00 in food stamps a month because we make to much money bull.everything took in is put right back into the shop due to our first shop being burnt down back in 2002 and everything was lost so we have to rebuild it all.the foodstamp people claim they overpaid us 400.00 and want us to pay it back wwe have never even got that much from them.i have tried every where to get help to keep my lights on with no luck .can any of you help us out please?
